How this time zone converter works
Pick any two countries and UTC stays in the middle as the world reference. The panels show the live local clock beside live Coordinated Universal Time, along with today's real offset. Every value comes from the IANA time zone database, so daylight saving changes are applied automatically on the day they happen.
The mechanical roller below the clocks is a lookup tool. Rotate it with a drag, a swipe, the scroll wheel or the earlier/later buttons to line up any UTC half hour against the matching local time. The live clocks at the top never move when you do this.
